In our charity shops, we accepted tons of unneeded clothes, sorted it out, handed over a part of it to distressed people, and another part — back to charity shops where people could purchase it for donations, thus helping fire victims.
FINANCIAL STABILITY MODEL
Now we raise the majority of charitable donations through our charity shops. During the pandemic and impelled closing of shops we understood that it was necessary to develop an online donation system. Now we develop an online fundraising system, including with the help of experts from the charity sector.
SOCIAL EFFECTS ACHIEVED IN THE CURRENT YEAR
This year, we mainstreamed the problem of assistance for fire victims. Our foundation have become well-known, therefore victims know where to address. The important social effect of this year is steady integration of charity in life of Moscow. In addition to our implemented charter activities we developed the Grandmother’s Blanket project with the support of Labor and Social Security Department of Moscow, our master classes were included in the Moscow Longevity system.
SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL IMPACT
We develop an idea of integration of charity in a person’s everyday life, create infrastructure for nonmonetary charity, and endeavour to shatter a concept of the elitist image of a benefactor.

PROBLEM TO BE ADDRESSED
The environmental measures taken by the Interregional Non-Governmental Organization Clean Games and supported by the non-profit franchise organization are intended to engage all levels of the population in constructive environmental activities, promote the ideas of environmental volunteer services, and form a sustainably minded life style for the population.
SOLUTIONS USED
One of our projects is Clean Games — team competitions on cleaning the natural areas from litters and waste separation. It is a prize game where participants seek artefacts, solve environmental puzzles, gather and separate litters and get points for these activities. One game can include 100–200 persons which gather 2–5 tons of litters.
The important tool to draw attention to the environment issues is distribution of the method for preparation and conducting of Clean Games using a non-profit franchise. The organization takes applications from potential organizers across Russia and abroad, signs a non-commercial agreement, provides the method, tools (web-site, brand book, templates of design layouts, official letters to the authorities and sponsors), provides information support and assists in interaction with the executive bodies of the state authorities via partners.
APART FROM THE MAIN PROJECT, WE ARRANGE
• Clean Challenges — online marathons where participants do a set of useful and creative tasks aimed at mindful consumption, re-use of things and waste recycling;
• Wheel Hunting eco-quest — an ecological team quest with the purpose to remove tyre heaps in nature.
• Baby Sharing project aimed at gratuitous exchange of children's items which can still be used.
ACHIEVEMENTS, AWARDS
We conducted over 85 °Clean Games in 310 cities of Russia and in other 16 countries throughout the project.
In 2019, we received the Leaders of Climate Development award, Our Moscow Region — 2019 award, special prize in the category Corporate Social Responsibility and Charity of the North-West Silver Archer award.
In 2018, the Clean Games became the best eco-volunteer project in our country (Dmitry Ioffe took the 1st place in the Around Me category at the Volunteer Fighter or Russia contest) and the best environmental project in the opinion of the Russian Geographical Society.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN THE CURRENT YEAR?
We launched Clean Challenges, an ecological online championship designed to teach people to sort out wastes effectively, reduce consumption of disposable products and clean the environment.
Team contests Clean Games are now decentralized — the event was splitted into several points with as many as 30 persons instead of common games with approximately 100 persons in one place with unified start and finish. Teams started at different time and gathered litters during one hour, results were displayed as online rating. Baby Sharing project was in the original format.
