Заключение
Завершая рассмотрение поднятой в монографии проблематики, хотелось бы поделиться некоторыми соображениями и выводами, сделанными на основе представленных в издании научных положений и фактов, данных многочисленных исследований, в т. ч. и проведенных автором в течение последних 30 лет.
Как известно, рекреационная физическая активность на сегодняшний день – одна из самых успешных стратегий профилактики ССЗ и ВСС среди населения. При этом последствия воздействия на организм человека, в т. ч. на его сердечно-сосудистую систему, физической культуры, фитнеса или массового спорта коренным образом отличаются от тех, которые вызываются профессиональной спортивной деятельностью и несут немало потенциальных рисков не только для здоровья, но и жизни спортсмена.
